By accessing and using FastDee Chat ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FastDee Chat provides a customer service management platform that enables businesses to:

Manage conversations from Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts
Send and receive messages with customers
Track customer interactions and engagement
Use AI-powered features for automated responses (optional)

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old
You must have authorization to manage the Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect
You must comply with Facebook Platform Policies and Instagram API Terms

4. Account Registration

You must log in using a valid Facebook account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
One account per user/business

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Send spam or unsolicited messages to customers
Violate Facebook/Instagram Platform Policies
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Attempt to access unauthorized data or systems
Reverse engineer or copy the Service

6. Facebook & Instagram Integration

You grant us permission to access your connected Pages and Instagram accounts
You authorize us to send/receive messages on your behalf
You can revoke access anytime through Facebook Settings
We comply with Facebook Platform Terms and Instagram API Terms
We are not responsible for changes to Facebook/Instagram APIs

7. Data Usage

We store messages and customer data to provide the Service
You retain ownership of your data
You can export or delete your data anytime

8. AI Features (Optional)

AI auto-responses are optional and can be disabled
AI responses are generated by OpenAI GPT-4o-mini
You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content
We do not guarantee accuracy of AI responses

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee availability
We may perform maintenance with advance notice
We are not liable for service interruptions
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms

10. Fees and Payment

Current service is provided free of charge
We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future
Any future charges will be communicated in advance

11. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by FastDee Chat
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
Your data and content remain your property

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in fraudulent activity
Required by law or Facebook/Instagram

You may terminate your account anytime by revoking Facebook permissions and requesting data deletion.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any)
We are not responsible for third-party services (Facebook, Instagram, OpenAI)

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FastDee Chat from claims arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of third parties

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time
Changes will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
We will notify users of material changes

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Thailand.
